I want to believe that the loan waiver will not benefit the needy farmers in any way.I want to believe that this step is extremely
unfair to the farmers who have paid their debts. I want to believe that the help will not reach to people it is intended for as
every other thing in our country.I want to believe that this step has been taken by keeping an eye on the upcoming elections.
Whatever i want to believe but the fact is that in heart of hearts i know that apart from the last point none of this is true.
The measure is definitely populist but even if it succeeds partially, it could save thousands of lives and that would be
worth the gamble.
