Spot the Mastermind
..My wife who was nine months pregnant was raped, cut and burnt. It was my biggest failure that I couldn’t save her. I have never spoken to anyone about her after her death… Those who raped her were not human. Even executioners would have felt ashamed, they didn’t… Some men were running out screaming ‘riots’. I saw the Noorani Masjid burning. I froze that moment... did not know what to do. I just wanted to save Hina as I knew she couldn’t run from there. Three-four times I tried to enter, but failed... Hina did not know anything about this place, people and never picked up the local language. She was raped outside our house by men who pulled her out, pulling out her clothes in the verandah. She was totally helpless because of her pregnancy.”
Firoz, husband of Hina Kausar Bano, 22, raped and murdered at Naroda Patiya, Ahmedabad, February 28, 2002. Five other members of Firoz’s family were butchered.
If it was all based on Newton’s third law of motion, so who masterminded the public spectacle of organised barbarism in Gujarat on February 28, 2002?
Who was the supreme master who knew the exact geographical hotspots of the fault lines where blood flowed freely, women were gangraped, children and men were hacked, killed and burnt alive by RSS/VHP/BJP/Bajrang Dal mobs, who all came well prepared and planned? Who will book the Dracula who presided over this grotesque show? If mobile phones could be traced to Sangh Parivar eminences like Babu Bajrangi, Mayaben Kodnani and Jaideep Patel (last seen strutting around during Mission Sadbhavana by the CM in Ahmedabad), among others, then who were they reporting to, before, during and after the bloodletting they organised and executed. Bajrangi, who boasted in a sting operation how he himself slashed open bodies with his sword, reportedly said that he went home, called up the state home minister, and then peacefully went to sleep. Some Hindutva barbarians can obviously only sleep peacefully after ripping apart stomachs with their swords, while witnessing mass murders and gangrapes as a public enactment. The home minister then, reporting directly to the CM of Gujarat, was Gordan Zadaphia, now an arch enemy of his ex- mentor. Another home minister, Amit Shah, also a close confidante of the CM, was put in jail (now out on bail but extradited from Gujarat), accused in the fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin, his wife Kausar Bi (was she also raped?) , and witness Tulsiram Prajapati. This is just one fake encounter case among many others in Gujarat, including the infamous murder of Ishrat Jahan and other youngsters, shot dead on the outskirts of Ahmedabad by the top cops of the CM, many of whom are now behind bars, (See Mission Assassination Modi, by this columnist, Hardnews, (http://www.hardnewsmedia.com/2011/11/4222). If all the top cops chose to become accomplices, or had their wide open eyes wide shut, or chose to let the killers have an unhindered field day all over Ahmedabad, and other parts of Gujarat, under whose tacit or overt orders were they following this abject abdication of the rule of law?
So what explosive information did Haren Pandya, big BJP leader in Gujarat, had that he had to be murdered? Was it he who confided to a high profile people’s tribunal of former judges that on February 27, the CM presided over a meeting of top bureaucrats and top cops, and ordered that let the mobs vent their anger the next day, the day when the VHP had called for a bandh, and the dead bodies of the Godhra train killings were being showcased in Ahmedabad to whip up mass emotions of revenge. This is exactly what police officer Sanjeev Bhat has testified. Rahul Sharma, with mobile records as evidence, stitched the threads of planning of the carnage. Hence, they, among other good officers who followed the rule of law, are hounded, jailed, blacklisted by the CM. Why?
So who was the Dracula who meticulously used his loyalist puppets and masterminded the massacre on February 28, 2002, in Gujarat? And will he ever be brought to justice?
That’s the first and last question.
